Dear Visitor,

Thank you for taking the time to visit our site. We’re very excited to introduce you to Casa Milya, our new 4 bedroom beachfront villa. We moved to Costa Rica in 2001 with 2 children, and we’ve lived in Santa Teresa ever since. The property where Casa Milya now stands was the second property we bought when we arrived. We fell in love with the location as soon as we saw it, and it was always our dream to build a gorgeous villa on this spot. For many reasons, we did not start building until 2018. Throughout the years, we even sold the property a couple times, only to buy it back because we love it so much! In the meantime, We’ve kept busy with other projects, including hotels, villas, and resorts, as well as raising our children.

In mid 2018, we finally broke ground on Casa Milya. The design of the villa was influenced by a trip we took to Bali. Come join us for the vacation of your dreams. Take a look around our website for more information, and contact us if you have any questions.
